INTERIORS: Touch up painting, caulk bathrooms, fix baseboards and moulding, regrout tiles, patch walls.

DEEP CLEANING: Refrigerator coils, rain gutters, whole house exterior wash, windows, decks, fences, patios, computer cabinets and fans, ductwork and registers. Any appliance cleaned to first year condition.

SMALL REPAIRS: Dry rot, stucco damage, cracked sidewalks, loose tiles and bricks, rotted posts, kill/seal mildew.

GUTTERS: Gutters patched, downspouts cleared. Ask about the new gutter screens--they really work--you may never have to clean gutters again.

HEATING AND COOLING (HVAC): Furnace filters replaced. Ducts replaced, repaired, or resealed. Install new insulation. Blow out or vacuum out HVAC diffusers and ducts. Clean, repair, or replace dryer ducts.

DRAINS: Clear clogged sinks.

ANT & PEST CONTROL: Ant problems eliminated using earth-friendly food safe ingredients. Wasp nests removed.

TREE WORK: Trim trees away from roof and siding.
